Bryanne graduated from the Master of Physical Therapy Program at the University of British Columbia. Growing up as a competitive athlete in both wushu (martial arts) and dragon boating, Bryanne spent weeks with her physiotherapist rehabilitating sports related injuries, which sparked her interest in the value of physical therapy.

Throughout university, Bryanne worked for the Developmental Disabilities Association, Canucks Autism Network, and volunteered in long term care, where she developed a passion for helping people of all ages and physical/cognitive abilities. In the physical therapy program, Bryanne completed placements in a variety of private clinics and acute care settings. Her treatment philosophy focuses on empowering clients to take charge of their own health. Through manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education, Bryanne loves helping clients reach their individual goals.

Sarah began her career with a research background, earning both her Master of Physical Therapy and PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Manitoba. She finds joy in listening to clients’ stories and providing care and treatments in a client-centered, evidence-based approach.

Specializing in a variety of orthopedic conditions, work injuries, and injuries from car accidents, Sarah focuses particularly on peripheral neuropathy and stroke. Her experience and education allow her to integrate functional mobility into treatment, thereby improving mobility and enhancing the quality of life for her clients.

Niklas completed his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. He believes getting and staying active is an important component in maintaining your physical health. During his time at Simon Fraser University, Niklas participated in a work-placement program, working alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Kinesiologist to help injured workers return to work.

His detail-oriented approach ensures all clients receive an individualized treatment plan to help them attain their own personal movement goals, whether that be return to work or return to play. Niklas uses a combination of education and a variety of exercises to empower the client with the tools they need to succeed throughout and after their rehabilitation.

Ian is a graduate of the VaCC RMT program in 2021 with past experience working primarily in healthcare rehabilitation. He has also explored opportunities as an RMT in sporting events such as the Vancouver Tennis Open, World Rugby 7’s series, Laver cup, and is currently a part of the Abbotsford Canucks massage therapy treatment team.

Prior to RMT school, Ian had been working in the healthcare field as a rehabilitation assistant in several different settings in the lower mainland, where he learned the importance of different types of therapy by directly assisting his colleagues who practiced in the areas of Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, and Speech-language pathology. Through these opportunities, Ian understood the value of patient centred care and continues to apply that in each of his sessions as a massage practitioner.

Ian understands that not everyone presents the same, therefore, treatment is individualized for your unique needs. It is important for him to work alongside his patients to aim to restore overall function, provide relief, and identify any barriers to recovery. May is a graduate from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She has also worked as a Kinesiologist and Certified Personal Trainer in clinical settings.

With her experience in the health field, May strives to incorporate evidence-informed practice into her treatments. She has worked with a wide demographic of individuals, including office workers, athletes, pregnancy patients, and patients with chronic, spinal cord, and nervous system conditions.

Through a combination of manual therapy, patient education, and remedial exercise, she aims to foster a patient-centred environment to help you achieve your goals!

Jeffery completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology and his Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia. He is passionate about helping others recover from their injuries and wants to help empower clients to be pro-active in their rehabilitation. He strongly believes that through education and a positive therapeutic relationship, he can help clients feel confident with their bodies again.

Jeffery is very interested in human anatomy/physiology and often spends time looking up new research available to provide the best evidence-based approach to treatments. Keane graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002 at McGill University. As a therapist for the McGill Cross Country/Track & Field team, he gained extensive experience in the management and rehabilitation of acute and chronic running injuries.

Currently, he is a member of the Sport Physiotherapy and Orthopaedic Divisions of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

As an experienced hands-on therapist, Keane has received additional training in treatment of the lumbar spine, the pelvis, the shoulder, the ankle, and the hand; furthermore, he has attended specialized courses on myofascial release techniques. Keane is also certified in Acupuncture.

He has worked extensively with ICBC and WCB clients in active conditioning and return to work programs. Simeon enjoys helping people of all ages to move better and be pain free. He  completed his Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia in 2016. Since then, he has worked in a variety of settings and seen many different injuries ranging from sprained ankles to brain tumors.

Enoc completed his Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia - Okanagan Campus. During his time at UBC, Enoc had the opportunity to collaborate with numerous varsity sports teams, conducting various exercise tests on athletes using advanced technologies to collect data on variables. This information was then coordinated with team coaches and athletic therapists, contributing to a comprehensive and collaborative approach to the care of varsity athletes. Furthermore, Enoc actively participated in a research program focused on rehabilitating clients with previous Achilles rupture injuries and contributed to the composition of research papers and case studies.

Enoc places importance on establishing a strong rapport with his clients as a cornerstone for designing personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and aspirations. Elsa completed her Masters of Physical Therapy degree in 2013 at the University of Sydney in Australia. Known for their manual therapy program, Elsa now provides her patients with hands-on therapy as well as a client-centred, multidisciplinary approach as she also has her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University.

Since graduating, she has continued her education and training and has completed courses from Acupuncture Canada and is now a certified CAFCI practitioner. She also received extensive training to provide people with hip/knee osteoarthritis symptom relief via an exercised based program.

She has many years of experience working here in Vancouver with patients injured by motor vehicle accidents and work-related injuries and can help with returning patients to optimal function and work.

Mike achieved his massage therapy diploma at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. During his time at VCMT, he accumulated a wealth of knowledge, treatment modalities and experience while working with a wide variety of patients. Mike strives to continue his growth and education even further.

Mike’s interest in massage therapy piqued when he experienced a minor injury from weight training. This redirected his focus to the importance of healing and rehabilitation with exercise and manual therapy as the driving factors. Robert was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia and is eager to give back to the community he grew up in.

Robert received his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and his Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario. Along the way he worked as an athletic trainer for junior hockey and as a behavioural interventionist for children with autism.

Robert follows an evidence-based approach towards pain-free movement and activity. His physiotherapy treatment involves manual therapy, exercise prescription, vestibular rehabilitation and client education. He also has certifications in acupuncture and dry needling.

After a string of constant injuries, Edward has made it his goal to learn about healing the human body. He found that with massage therapy not only helps injuries, it also promotes improvement in one’s wellbeing.

Edward has graduated from the Vancouver Career College’s massage therapy program and is now currently a clinical supervisor for the program. During his time at the college, he has participated in many outreaches such as: Positive Living, Amenida Senior home and Douglas College Varsity teams.

After graduating, he has taken courses on myofascia, taping and utilizing instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (Rockblade). He also joined a Pain Science monthly discussion group to better understand the science behind it.

Grace completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from UBC in 2018, with an exchange semester in the UK at the University of Birmingham studying Sport, Exercise and Health Science. She then graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney in 2021.

She has experience working with all ages and conditions, from swim coaching for the Special Olympics to traumatic brain injury/stroke rehabilitation and more. Grace has a special interest in post surgical rehab and has worked with post-op knee and ankle patients. She believes in working together with her patients to find a realistic and maintainable solution so they can happily return to their lives.
